The Managing Director is responsible for the proper implementation and constant monitoring of the QEMS, as well as for ensuring the availability of resources.  Quality and Environmental Affairs Manager is authorized to apply and enhance the  QEMS, so as to comply with the applicable Standards and Specifications.

  • Selecting competent personnel, specialized to perform activities that may affect the quality of the provided products and/or services, and ensuring that the personnel is fully aware of the significance of their activities and the way they contribute to the achievement of the quality and environmental objectives.
  • Providing constant training on Quality and Environmental issues, so as to achieve and maintain personnel’s competence for performing daily work activities
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of ARTHROSIS operational procedures and the applicable QEMS
  • Complying with the applicable National and European Laws and Regulations on quality and environmental issues.
  • Providing the right infrastructure with regards to buildings, workspaces, equipment (hardware and software), as well as supporting services (such as transport and communication), so as to constantly achieve product compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
  • Preventing further environmental pollution and taking all relevant aspects into account, in order to reduce energy and save natural resources.
