We will respond to your request the soonest possible and, in any case, within five business days of its receipt.

Our correspondence will be archived, and any personal data you may provide via email or telephone will be processed by our specialized staff and associates—who are bound by a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement—solely for the purpose of addressing your inquiry or request.

 Once your request has been processed, your data will be deleted, except where the law—and specifically the Regulations, e.g., (EU) 2017/745 and 2017/746 concerning medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, respectively—requires their retention.

Regarding the processing of your personal data, you retain the rights provided for by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (Articles 15–22 of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), including access to your data, verification of its content, supplementation and deletion thereof, and obtaining a copy of the data.
